Bookings made via Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, or any other platform remain subject to the cancellation terms shown on that platform at the time of booking.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS

Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy before confirming your booking at Riad Boutique Baba.

The following terms apply to bookings made directly on our official website.

 

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION — FIRST NIGHT RETAINED

A booking can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date and time.

If cancelled at least 72 hours before arrival, the amount corresponding to the first night is retained.

The amount for the remaining nights is refunded directly to the card used at the time of booking.

Example:

For a three-night booking, the first night's amount is retained, and the second and third nights are refunded.

The first night remains non-refundable, even if the cancellation is made several days or weeks before arrival.

 

CANCELLATION WITHIN 72 HOURS

Any cancellation request made less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival time must be communicated directly to Riad Boutique Baba.

In this case, the request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances, the time remaining before arrival, and the possibility of re-letting the suite.

No automatic refund can be guaranteed for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before arrival.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your request.

 

CHANGING YOUR BOOKING

Any request for a change should be communicated to Riad Boutique Baba as soon as possible.

Any change is subject to suite availability and may result in a rate difference.

The new applicable terms will be communicated before the change is confirmed.

 

NO-SHOW

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the amount corresponding to the first night is retained.

The amount for the remaining nights is refunded directly to the card used at the time of booking.

If you are unable to make it or expect a significant delay, please contact Riad Boutique Baba directly as soon as possible.

 

REFUNDS

When a refund is due under these terms, it is issued directly to the card used at the time of booking.

The refund may be issued as a partial refund, corresponding to the amount of the refundable nights.

The time it takes to receive the refund depends on the guest's bank and may vary depending on the bank and payment method used.

 

APPLICABLE TERMS

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this cancellation policy.

The terms applicable to bookings made through an external platform, such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or Expedia, are those shown on the relevant platform at the time of booking.
