ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: before 12:00 PM

Any request for early arrival or late departure must be made in advance and remains subject to availability.

To ensure the best possible welcome, please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

Any arrival after 10:00 PM must be reported in advance and receive prior approval from Riad Boutique Baba.

Arrivals outside standard hours must therefore be arranged and confirmed with the riad beforehand.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours run from 9:00 PM to 8:30 AM.

To preserve peace and quiet for all our guests, we kindly ask you to avoid any noise during this period.

The Medina Lounge is accessible until 9:00 PM.

The rooftop is accessible until:

9:00 PM in winter
10:00 PM in summer

ROOM OCCUPANCY

Room occupancy must match the number of guests indicated at the time of booking.

Any additional guest must be reported to and approved by the Riad in advance.

SMOKING

The Riad is non-smoking.

Smoking is only permitted on the rooftop, in the designated area, using the ashtrays provided.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and indoor spaces.

PETS

For the comfort and peace of mind of our guests, pets are not allowed on the premises.

VISITORS

Outside visitors are only permitted with prior approval from the Riad.

They may only access common areas, such as the Medina Lounge or the rooftop, and must leave the premises before 9:00 PM.

For security reasons, no visitor may access the rooms without prior authorization.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Any special request regarding your stay must be communicated at least 48 hours before your arrival.

This includes requests for a baby cot, an extra bed, or special equipment.

Requests are handled to the best of our ability, subject to availability at the Riad.

A baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability.

An extra bed may be subject to availability and an additional charge, which will be indicated at booking or confirmed in advance by the Riad.

ACCESSIBILITY

Due to the riad's traditional layout, the presence of steps, and access through the medina, Riad Boutique Baba is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

RATES & BOOKING

Room rates are not fixed. They may vary depending on the dates of stay, day of the week, season, periods of high demand, special events, and the rate conditions selected.

The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of booking.

PAYMENT

Payment for bookings made on our website is processed exclusively online, using the payment methods offered at the time of booking.

Applicable payment terms are shown before your booking is confirmed.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Any request for a change or cancellation should be communicated to the Riad as soon as possible.

Depending on your booking conditions, a change may be subject to availability and could result in a rate difference.

RESPECTING THE PROPERTY

We kindly ask you to take care of the Riad, its facilities, and its common areas.

Any issue, damage, or malfunction should be reported to the Riad team promptly so we can address it as quickly as possible.

When leaving your room, please:

Turn off the lights and television
Close the windows
Make sure any unnecessary electrical equipment is switched off

A safe is available in every room to keep your valuables secure.

ARRIVAL FORMALITIES

For administrative purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations, a valid ID is required upon arrival.

Each guest will also need to complete and sign the form required by the relevant authorities.

For guests holding Moroccan nationality, including dual nationality, a marriage certificate may be requested in accordance with local regulations.
