to bookings made directly on our official website.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION \u2014 FIRST NIGHT RETAINED<\/h3>\n<p>A booking can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date and time.<\/p>\n<p>If cancelled at least 72 hours before arrival, the amount corresponding to the first night is retained.<\/p>\n<p>The amount for the remaining nights is refunded directly to the card used at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n<p>For a three-night booking, the first night's amount is retained, and the second and third nights are refunded.<\/p>\n<p>The first night remains non-refundable, even if the cancellation is made several days or weeks before arrival.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>CANCELLATION WITHIN 72 HOURS<\/h3>\n<p>Any cancellation request made less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival time must be communicated directly to Riad Boutique Baba.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, the request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances, the time remaining before arrival, and the possibility of re-letting the suite.<\/p>\n<p>No automatic refund can be guaranteed for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before arrival.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your request.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>CHANGING YOUR BOOKING<\/h3>\n<p>Any request for a change should be communicated to Riad Boutique Baba as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Any change is subject to suite availability and may result in a rate difference.<\/p>\n<p>The new applicable terms will be communicated before the change is
